Wing, left
Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two angels holding candlesticks; Virgin holding a flower in her right hand.
Wing, right
Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; Virgin wringing her hands; sun and moon.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Hinges
Two broken hinges.

Object Condition
Missing: Christ Child's left hand.
Cracked; left angel's head damaged; chip in the lower border of the left wing.
Hole in the upper and lower part of each panel.

Provenance
I. Balfoort Jr., Utrecht, purchased the object for the Koninklijke Kabinet van Zeldzaamheden, The Hague, in 1881; transferred to Amsterdam in 1883.
