Register 2: Nativity with Annunciation to the Shepherds; Joseph seated at the head of the bed. Adoration of the Magi.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the left side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth; two holes at the centre; cracks; white label with the number '33'; blue and white label.

Object Condition
Hole in the background between Mary Magdalene and Christ and in the Nativity scene, under the second arch.

Comments
The missing left panel is in Paris, in the Musée de Cluny (Inv. Cl.15321).

Provenance
Collection of the Fraternita dei Laici; donated to Comune di Arezzo (Arezzo City Council) in 1935; acquired by the Museum in 1972.
