Wing, left
Register 1: unidentified bishop saint attending a man on his deathbed; maids.
Register 2: female saint (possibly saint Agnes with a lamb, book and martyr's palm); standing Virgin and Child; Saint Margaret emerging from the dragon, holding a crucifix.
Wing, right
Register 1: saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); camel hide; unidentified bishop saint with mitre and crozier; unidentified military saint with spear and shield (possibly saint George).
Register 2: Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist.

Museum's opinion 2010: France, 3rd quarter of 14th century.

Two hinges.

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Label with ink inscription: 'MNK XIII 388 (or 386?)'. Printed label with no. '[..]400'.

Provenance
Czartoryski collection (listed in the catalogue of the collection in 1865 in the Hôtel Lambert in Paris; handwritten catalogue 12309, p. 204).
