Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); Virgin holding a flower in her right hand; two angels holding candlesticks.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.
Reverse
Flat and smooth. Blue and white label with inscription: '739'. Earlier white label with inscription '96'.
Object Condition
Large central hole at the top; vertical crack from the top down; damaged on the arch.
Upper right corner chipped. Worn.
Provenance
Probably from the collection of Baron von Hüpsch (b. 1730, d. 1805), Cologne; acquired in 1805 by the Museum.
