Register 1: Death of the Virgin (Dormition); Christ holding the soul of the Virgin; apostles including saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm.
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi.
Wing, right
Register 1: Coronation of the Virgin (Vierge glorieuse); two kneeling angels holding navettes and swinging censers; two angels with hands raised.
Register 2: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls.
Rounded trefoils in the spandrels.

Utrecht 1987: France, Ile-de-France, 2nd quarter of the 14th century.
Karlsruhe 1999: Paris, 2nd third of the 14th century.
