Carved in the round.
Object Condition
Heavily cracked, with shrinkage cracks. Cavities on the plinth, on the clothes on the left, and under the right elbow. The ivory is porous on the left side.
Missing: part of the Virgin's right hand, part of the base.

Acquired from J. Rosenbaum, Frankfurt, in 1928.
