Register 2: beheading of saint Denis; saint Denis, accompanied by angels, carrying his head to the site of the future abbey of Saint-Denis.
Panel 2
Register 1: saint Denis consecrated as bishop of Athens; destruction of the idol Mars in Arles.
Register 2: Flagellation of saint Denis.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.
