Two modern hinges

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of polychromy and gilding: gold (architectural details, hair), dark red (Virgin's cloak).

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Longer edges slightly chamfered.
Two holes visible in the upper part of each panel, probably for hanging.

Provenance
Collection of Friedrich Marx: Marx bequest to the Museum in 1919.
