Side 1: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls.
Side 2: Death of the Virgin (Dormition): Christ holding the soul of the Virgin; blessing gesture; apostles.
Pointed trefoils and incised trefoils.

Carved on both sides.

Object Condition
Two central holes in the upper part of the panel.

Comments
This double sided panel seems to form a pair with another double-sided panel, also in an unknown location (Koechlin 528; see related object).
Koechlin mistakenly located these two pieces in the Abbeville Museum.
