Missing: crown. The crown probably was in metal: traces of attachment on the head.

Provenance
From the Hermitage Sainte-Anne and chapel of Notre-Dame de Lorette (http://chapelle.aillant.free.fr/chapelle_presentation.htm); said by Abbé Noirot to have been brought to the presbytery by Abbé Casimir Pautrat (1883-1904).
