Side 1: Nativity with Annunciation to the Shepherds; musician shepherd holding a shawm; sheep; angel holding a scroll.
Side 2: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlooker holding a scroll.
Incised trefoils.

Randall 1985 and Museum's opinion 2010: German (Rhenish?), last quarter of the 14th century.
