Gable: Evangelist symbol with scroll: calf of saint Luke.
Register 1: Annunciation.
Register 2: Nativity with midwife and Joseph.
Centre panel
Gable: coat of arms with crowned double-headed eagle.
Register 1: Adoration of the Magi; seated Virgin and Child; throne.
Register 2: Adoration of Christ Child (Nativity); angel. Standing unidentified male saint standing on a monster (dragon?). Baptism of Christ by saint John the Baptist; angel holding Christ's tunic.
Wing, right
Gable: Evangelist symbols with scroll: lion of saint Mark.
Register 1: Visitation.
Register 2: Entry into Jerusalem.
Unidentified coats of arms; Flamboyant tracery; angels; foliated borders; foliated scrolls including vine leaves and thistle; medallions enclosing trefoils; medallions with male heads.

Museum's opinion 2014: Spain (Valencia), late 19th or early 20th century.
