Register 1: Death of the Virgin (Dormition); Christ holding the soul of the Virgin; apostle holding a pillow under the Virgin's head; apostles including saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm; Christ making a blessing gesture.
Register 2: Crucifixion; Virgin (missing); saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels; beaded border on all sides.

Missing: left part of the lower register.
Upper edge chipped.
Central hole in the upper part of the panel.
