Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; swaddled Christ.
Pointed trefoils.

Museum's opinion 2013: French (?), 14th century or 15th century

Back glued to wood.

Object Condition
The right part of the panel has broken off and been glued back into place (the crack also goes through the wooden backing. Holes where metal brackets once were placed to repair the panel.
Central hole in the upper part of the panel.

Provenance
Purchased in 1997, possibly from a private collection in Cochem or Mosel.
