Register 1: Flagellation; whips. Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; sun and moon.
Register 2: Annunciation; vase of lilies; dove of the Holy Spirit. Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; swaddled Christ; musician shepherd holding a shawm.

Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Flat and smooth. Dark stain.

Three holes along the upper edge of the panel.
