Register 1: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls. 
Register 2: Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds.
Pointed trefoils.

Swarzenski 1929: France, 2nd third of the 14th century.
Randall 1993: North French, 3rd quarter of the 14th century.

Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Flat and smooth.
