Wing, left
Saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); camel hide; standing Virgin and Child; crown; saint James the Greater with a pilgrim's hat, staff and satchel; satchel decorated with a scallop shell.
Wing, right
Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers; soldier holding a halberd; sun and moon.
Pointed trefoils.

Acquired before 1853 by the Kunstsammlungen zu Weimar (mentioned in the inventory book: Verzeichnis der im Kunst-Cabinet auf Grossherzogl. Bibliothek befindlichen Gegenstände (1853), fol. 9, no. 30); the Kunstkabinett later merged with the Kunstsammlungen zu Weimar to form the Klassik Stiftung Weimar.
