Register 1: Last Judgement with Resurrection of the Dead under a trefoil arch (Christ in Glory); Christ displaying his wounds; angels holding Instruments of the Passion (spear; cross); Virgin Mary and saint John the Baptist kneeling.
Register 2: Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; Virgin raising both hands; Sun and Moon.
Medallions enclosing pierced trefoils in the spandrels.

Missing: thumb of Christ's left hand; upper part of the spear held by an angel and right hand of this angel.
Broken around the hinges.
Hole in the upper part of the panel.

The left wing of this diptych is also in the Museo Nazionale del Bargello (Inv. 102 C).
