Late 14th-century inscription: series of dates for special services and the words 'Ardenus Grassus de Morario, loci de Burossa, Lascurensis diocesis' indicating a provenance in Buros, near Pau (diocese of Lescar).
Object Condition
Missing: left hand of the crowning angel; jet of blood partly broken.

Buros, near Pau (diocese of Lescar) in the late 14th century (see inscription transcribed in 'back description' field). George de Waroquier collection, Toulouse.
