Register 1: Winged God of Love in a tree throwing arrows at lovers; courting couples; youth chucking his lover under the chin; couple embracing.
Register 2: courting couples (meeting of lovers); lady chucking her lover under the chin; youth with a hawk on his wrist; lady holding a chaplet; trees.
Animal heads (including dog) and hybrids in the spandrels.
Corner terminals: four crouching hybrids.

Missing: part of the lower left corner terminal.

Comments
Identical to a piece in the Musée de Cluny-Musée national du Moyen Âge, Paris (Inv. Cl. 401), probably a copy of it. Another copy of the Cluny piece is in the Museo Lázaro Galdiano in Madrid (Inv. 1498).

Collection of Georges Hoentschel (b. 1855, d. 1915), Paris (sometime before 1924).
