Comments
Randall (1993) identifies the piece as originating from the same workshop as three leaves from diptychs, in Indiana University Art Museum (72.100.3), Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (37.DV.3) and Lyman Allyn Art Museum (1952.122).

Bought from Philip J. Gentner, Florence, in 1919.
