Traces of gilding and polychromy: gold (crown, edges of the book, Child's hair, along the hems), black (Virgin's hair, eyes, along the hems).

Object Condition
Five drilled holes in base, one deep and four shallow.
Comments
The face and hair are close to that of Saint Agnes by the Master of the Utrecht Saint Martin and the Four Saints (Randall 1993).
