Register 1: Archangel Gabriel (part of the Annunciation scene continuing on the right wing).
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi.
Register 3: Saint George and the dragon; princess praying.
Register 4: Unidentified veiled female saint holding a martyr's palm; unidentified crowned female saint holding a chalice; saint Catherine of Alexandria with wheel and martyr's palm.
Centre panel
Trinity; dove of the Holy Spirit; Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist with onlookers including soldiers in armour; sun and moon; two angels at the sides of the cross; skull of Adam at the foot of the cross. Death of the Virgin (Dormition); apostle holding a cross and situla (holy water bucket); Christ holding the soul of the Virgin; angel closing the Virgin's lips.
Wing, right
Register 1: Virgin (part of the Annunciation scene continuing on the left wing).
Register 2: Sacro Volto of Lucca; kneeling figure playing a string instrument; cross.
Register 3: Unidentified bishop saint holding a crozier; saint Francis; saint Anthony.
Register 4: Virgin of Mercy; Virgin sheltering under her cloak four tonsured clerics kneeling in prayer.
Foliated decoration in the spandrels; beaded border; twisted columns.
Four Symbols of the Evangelists with scrolls in the spandrels: angel of saint Matthew, eagle of saint John the Evangelist; ox of saint Luke and lion of saint Mark.
