Register 1: angel swinging a censer and holding a navette.
Register 2: Adoring Magi (part of the Adoration of the Magi).
Centre panel
Register 1: Coronation of the Virgin; angel crowning the Virgin.
Register 2: Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two angels; angel holding a candlestick.
Wing, right
Register 1: angel swinging a censer and holding a navette.
Register 2: Presentation in the Temple; Christ standing on the altar between the Virgin and Simeon.

Hinges
Four missing ring hinges.

Reverse
'Castello di Monselice' sticker with no. 2860. Piece of card reading 'Trittico XIV sec.'. sticker with no. 10 stamped in red [noted by Catherine Yvard, September 2009].

Object Condition
The right wing has a horizontal break in its lower half (repaired). Repair on the left wing and centre panel at the level of the upper hinge.

Comments
The ivory seems to have been tinted blue.

Collection of Vittorio Cini (b. 1885, d. 1977), Venice: on extended loan to the Galleria di Palazzo Cini a San Vio since 1989, courtesy of Yilda Cini Guglielmi di Vulci, second daughter of Vittorio Cini.
