Prior to WWII
Chipped edges; holes for fittings.
Today
Almost completely destroyed during WWII; four fragments have survived.

Provenance
Acquired for the Kunstkammer in Bologna in 1844; whereabouts unknown after 7 April 1945; Merkers, Kaligrube Kaiseroda, box no. 19 DM (possibly mistake) tbc; four fragments brought to Wiesbaden in 1946; returned to Berlin-Dahlem in 1958.
