Pietà (Lamentation of the Virgin over Christ's body); Evangelist symbols with scrolls: lion of saint Mark; calf of saint Luke (both seem unfinished); eagle of saint John the Evangelist; angel of saint Matthew. God the Father in the gable; mask.

Museum's opinion 2011: France, 1st half of the 15th century.

This piece seems unfinished.

Provenance
Acquired before 1886 (mentioned in the 1886-1890 inventory) by the Musei Civici, Perugia; passed into the collection of the Galleria Nazionale before 1919.
