The lower left corner terminal has broken away and was glued back into place.

Comments
Chiesi (2011) argues that the other half of this mirror case is now in Bologna (Inv. 700).

Carrand collection: bequeathed by Louis Carrand (d. 1888) to the Museo del Bargello in 1888.
