Side 1: Ruler (king or emperor) with crown and sceptre (possibly Charlemagne?).
Side 2: Lady holding an ointment pot (possibly saint Mary Magdalene).
Twisted columns; scalloped arch; crosshatched background; foliated decoration.

Museum's opinion 2012: Flanders, c. 1520.
