Along the outside of the volute: twelve apostles coming out of palmette-like leaves; double-sided God the Father making a blessing gesture.
Around the base of the volute: three unidentified standing saints; saint Catherine of Alexandria with wheel, sword and martyr's palm.
Foliated decoration; dragon head.
Painted inscription: 'MARIA DEL CIEL RAINA MADRE DEL NOSTRO SIGNORE SPERANCA DI PECHATORI TVTI I CIELI AVVI SE INCHINA'.
