Register 3: Adoration of Christ Child (Nativity). Standing Virgin and Child under a canopy. Adoration of the Magi.
Register 4: Two unidentified female figures in busts.

Register 1: unidentified coat of arm contained in a trefoil.
Register 2: Carrying of the Cross with the Virgin helping Christ.
Register 3: Resurrection; three soldiers asleep.
Border of quatrefoils; incised trefoils; diapered background.
