Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two standing angels holding candlesticks; tender gesture of Christ touching the Virgin's chin with his right hand.
Pointed trefoil in the gable; stems of flowers (roses) in the spandrels.

Liebgott 1985 and Museum's opinion 2013: Germany or Switzerland, 1330-1350.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
Large hole above the Virgin's head.
Missing: candles.

Provenance
Probably from the collection of Christian Axel Jensen. Registered in the inventory of the Nationalmuseet in 1962.
