Register 1: Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; Virgin with hands in prayer.
Register 2: Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; swaddled Christ.
Wing, right
Register 1: Coronation of the Virgin; angel crowning the Virgin.
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi; throne.
Rosettes. Angels holding navettes and swinging censers in the spandrels.

Hinges
One long hinge.

Object Condition
Two holes in the upper and lower part of both panels for some earlier fitting.

Provenance
According to Koechlin (Fonds Koechlin), Abbeville, Musée du Ponthieu (c. 1924), but he made a number of mistakes with this collection and this is probably wrong.
