Wing, left
Register 1: Christ in Glory with Resurrection of the Dead (Last Judgement); angels holding Instruments of the Passion; Virgin and saint John the Baptist kneeling; souls rising from their tombs under a trefoil arch.
Register 2: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls; sun and moon.
Wing, right
Register 1: Coronation of the Virgin; angel crowning the Virgin; two kneeling angels in prayer.
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi.
Medallions enclosing quatrefoils with protruding cones in the gables; pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Traces of two missing hinges on the left side of the left wing. Two hinges.

Comments
The two hinges to the left indicate that these panels were part of a polyptych.
