Object Condition
Central hole in the upper part.
The mirror case has broken into two pieces which have been glued back together. Holes on either side of the crack indicate an earlier repair.
Provenance
Acquired in Vienna by the Stieglitz Museum of Applied Arts, Saint Petersburg, 1886; transferred to the Hermitage in 1924.
